Hi my name is Rene McGregor. My first high Drewry S.S when I went to Drewry S.S,I was in grade 11 mean while when I was in that grade I was a peer helper and then the president of the student concil .I wanted together a black history play for the black history Months. My last year was in Grade 12 +, then I apply to different College like Gorge Brown College, Humber College, Seneca College and Centennial College. But Humber was the first College to accepted came me to Humber College, I wanted to be in E.C.E. That early childhood Education Program that I didnt get into. I went to the C.I.C.E. Program, when I came from Humber College I was really thinking about working in a daycare setting. I ask people around me if they know any opening for a Daycare they said no then I was thinking about furthering my Education, so I start to apply to Universities, So I could get in the right program. Because I like kids and I want to be in a Daycare setting for young children I started to ask people around me how will I apply to University, they told me I will have to call each of the universities to see if they have what I am looking for, then I went contact my ex Professor Pat McCracken and I ask her how would I apply to one of the University she said that the program C.I.C.E that I was in didnt really go by marks it when by unsatisfactory, satisfactory she said it's worst a try and good luck I hope you make it, so I call one of the Universities that I was going to apply for they said to me that I will have to go and get transcripe from my high School Drewry S.S and my first College that was Humber College then I went to York University to give my transcript I also ask them if they have what I am for. They said no and I forgot to get my transcript from them so it was too late. Therefore I couldnt get to go however I came to Seneca College at first I heard about the program through my mother she was looking through some papers And she found the C.V.P. thats College Vocational Program it was her I idea to sent me in the program at First I didnt wanted to go to the College Vocational program but I didnt have the marks to go to University that they were looking for but I thank her for sending me to College Vocational Program I didnt want to be there but I did it anyway, I learn a lot in the program I made new friends but when I go they will miss me and I will miss them too all duo will be going to different places I hope we will in contact with each other.
